If a class is being offered through a university, the university policy applies.

If you're not completely satisfied before the refund deadline, just let us know and we will cancel your enrollment. You will be refunded any fees paid, less a $30 administrative charge.

100% percent refund less a $30 administrative charge
Drop During The Second Full Week of Class
50% percent refund
Drop During the Third Full Week or There After
No Refund
Canceled Class
We reserve the right to cancel any course with insufficient enrollment or for reasons beyond our control. A canceled course results in a full refund of tuition and course fees.
Timing:
Allow one week for refund checks, two working days for PayPal refunds and five working days for bank wire transfers. Be aware that with bank transfers, you will have to supply SWIFT codes, bank information, an account number and so on. There are no cash refunds.
